Electronic gauges & Air gages
Electronic gauges and Air gages are used to measure the internal and external diameter of workpieces, and can detect multiple sections of the same hole or different coaxial errors in different holes through customized designs and the algorithm synthesis of multiple sensors.
Now ConsultingElectronic gauges and Air gages are used to measure the internal and external diameter of workpieces, and can detect multiple sections of the same hole or different coaxial errors in different holes through customized designs and the algorithm synthesis of multiple sensors.
1.The electronic gauges use inductive sensors for size determination, with the highest accuracy of 0.5um, and can measure a diameter range of 3mm-500mm with high precision, and are less affected by the roughness of the workpiece interior.
2.Air gages use VGAGE's independently developed AE series A/D pneumatic conversion modules to achieve high-precision pneumatic measurements. The gauges can achieve the highest accuracy of 0.2um in the linear measuring range and Min diameter 1mm, making it the preferred option for high-precision and stable measurement. However, Air gages is more affected by the roughness of the workpiece, and is suitable for testing under better roughness conditions.
3.Customized electronic gage for valve seat runout checking: VGAGE has provided this type of gauge for dozens of engine cylinder head production lines. It uses automatic rotation and high-speed data acquisition technology to detect the coaxiality of narrow seat ring holes with an accuracy of 1.5um.
