• VGAGE QM22 system is a cloud-based, dedicated quality management software that helps customers generate, collect, analyze, and publish data.

• Real-time CPK statistics - The new generation of software provides real-time production status monitoring, such as the production quantity, acceptance rate, and automatic CP/CPK analysis of a specific production line within a set time frame. It can also automatically generate SPC reports based on part numbers.

• Cloud-based - The software is deployed on a local area network platform, allowing users to access all quality data within the system through a web browser without the need to install a dedicated client.

• Strong multi-device compatibility - The software can collect and analyze data from SPC control points on the production line and can also collect data from general measuring instruments, such as digital calipers, weighing instruments, contour measuring instruments, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), inline automatic measuring machines, leak testing equipment, press-fitting equipment, and other intelligent production line components.

• Reduced computational power requirements - The software uses multi-node database clustering, eliminating the need for a powerful central server. It can be deployed on multiple computers within a local area network.
