The measurement parameters include aperture, aperture position, flatness, and parallelism. The sensor and signal processing modules are of top world-class brands, with a resolution of 0.0001mm and an overall measurement accuracy of <=0.002mm.

The detection equipment seamlessly connects with machine tools and robots for collaborative and coordinated inspection processes. The detection time for each piece is 40-55 seconds, which may vary slightly depending on the product's inspection characteristics.
