VGAGE has innovatively utilized 3D laser scanning technology, which can efficiently and accurately measure the volume of combustion chambers, solving the problem of low efficiency and inaccurate precision in traditional methods. We use multiple GPU-integrated scanners, which can perform 3D scanning on narrow and irregular areas and directly generate vector models. The maximum scan size of a single scanner is 150mmx100mm, with a flatness scanning precision of 0.002mm and a 3D spatial scanning precision of 0.005mm.  Servo drive system supports various types of chambers and non-standard areas within 1500mmx2000mm, suitable for detecting flatness, hole position, and various features of large parts such as cylinder heads, battery trays, car doors, and car wheels.
